At least 118 people are dead after twin car bombs exploded in a market in the central Nigerian city of Jos. The attack was called "terrorist activities," but it is not yet clear whether it's the work of Boko Haram—the terrorist group who kidnapped nearly 300 schoolgirls last month. It's expected that the death toll will rise when the fires die down and rubble is cleared. President Goodluck Jonathan called the attack a "tragic assault on human freedom."
