Two men were arrested in Orleans, France last week for a foiled terrorist plot, Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said Tuesday. The individuals are 20 and 24, one of whom has a previous record for petty crime. They were allegedly in contact with a French jihadist in Syria who may have ordered the attacks they were planning. It is the tenth foiled attack in France since 2013.
