New Orleans police said Tuesday that two people were killed and another 13 injured in four separate shootings on Halloween night. There were two shootings in the tourist-heavy French Quarter and the Central Business District that left two men dead and 10 people injured, and then three other men were injured in separate shootings a short while later. All of the victims in the shooting on Bourbon St. were caught in the crossfire when two men began shooting at each around 12:30 a.m.—surrounded by costumed bystanders. Only one man has been arrested so far in the shootings, Baltiman Malcom, 24, and he has been charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. Police allege Malcom shot four people on Canal St. and University Place.
