Three people are dead after small private plane crashed into the roof of a Massachusetts home on Sunday, setting the house ablaze. All three people on the plane were killed while four people inside the house were able to escape the crash. Federal officials said the plane was carrying a pilot and two passengers, including a child. The identities of the victims were not immediately released. The plane took off from Lancaster Airport in south-central Pennsylvania and was headed to Norwood Memorial Airport, about 20 miles from the crash site, according to Federal Aviation Administration officials. The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the cause of the crash.
