Four family members have been pulled from Henry Hagg Lake in Oregon, a popular picnic area west of Portland. On Monday, a three year old was pulled from the lake. On Tuesday, divers retrieved another three family members from the lake. The three-year-old has been identified as Jeremy Scholl. His grandmother, Jova Ixtacua-Castano, 42, and two of her children – Gabriela Garcia-Ixtacua, 25, and Michael Garcia-Ixtacua, 13 – were also pulled from the lake. They were found about 60 yards from where Jeremy was discovered. Police do not suspect foul play, though it is unclear what could have caused the terrible drowning. A cooler, beach towel, and a small dog on a leash were found at the site Monday night. "There is no suspicion of any criminal activity. We're just considering this a tragic accident," said Sgt. Bob Ray of the Washington County sheriff's office.
