He's not going out without a fight. An MLB announcement to suspend Alex Rodriguez for at least 215 games is planned for Monday, but the Yankees third baseman is already set to file an appeal. The appeal would let him play in the night game against the Chicago White Sox, according to a USA Today Sports report. Yankees manager Joe Girardi said he has tentatively put Rodriguez in the lineup. "I think all of us are curious what's going to happen, and is Alex going to be a player for us tomorrow, and what's going to happen with the other guys that are involved in this? Because in my mind I have him penciled in here tomorrow," he said to ESPN.
