Russians are Coming

Armed Men Leave Crimean Army Post

A Ukrainian military post in Crimea was stormed and overtaken by 30 to 60 armed men thought to be Russian on Friday, but the troops left soon after. No shots were fired and no one was injured, though there were apparently 100 Ukrainians inside, according to a Ukrainian military official. Ukrainians and the invading forces held negotiations after the seizure, and two Russian trucks then left the base. According to early reports, one or more journalists were badly beaten outside the base's gates.
