Shame, Eyes Wide Shut, American Psycho & Hollywood's Best Orgy Scenes

Steve McQueen’s mesmerizing sex-addiction drama, Shame, is undoubtedly one of the most controversial—and best—films of the year. The movie earned its NC-17 rating for a handful of explicit sex scenes, in addition to the start of the film, which features its star Michael Fassbender going full frontal. After being beaten up on the street for pleasuring a man’s girlfriend at a bar counter, sex addict Brandon (Fassbender) first wanders into a red-lit building that turns out to be an underground gay sex club. After observing the orgy surrounding him, he receives oral sex from a random man in the club. But it’s the following scene that reaches far raunchier levels. Brandon hires a pair of prostitutes for an intense threesome featuring a number of sexual positions, as well as even—yes—a “tossed salad.”
