The movement without a leader now has its first glimpse of, if not a leader, at least a public face. Much to the chagrin of Rush Limbaugh and his ilk, the face is the heretofore unknown Victoria Sobel, a 21-year-old Cooper Union art student who was tapped to be OWS’ chief financial officer. Far from dealing with a war chest of billions, OWS has, by some estimates, at least $230,000 at its disposal, mostly from small donations.
