The Best Movie Sidekicks

Things are initially pretty dicey between Buzz Lightyear, a space ranger action figure voiced by Tim Allen, and Woody, a cowboy toy voiced by Tom Hanks. Woody’s jealous that he’s being supplanted by a high-tech fad, while Buzz doesn’t appreciate Woody’s jealous barbs. The two eventually grow to be co-leaders of Andy’s Room, defeating the villainous Sid in the first Toy Story film. And like a good sidekick, in Toy Story 2, when Woody is captured by an evil toy collector named Al, Buzz rounds up the toy gang to rescue his pal. To infinity… and beyond!
