Charles Pimps Out Dumfries House For V-Day Couples

For just eighty-five quid, you too can celebrate Valentine's Day like Prince Charles.

Well, sort of.

For Charles is hiring out Dumfries House in Scotland for what is advertised as “the ultimate in romantic evenings” on Valentine’s Day.

The Telegraph reports that "forty guests are to be welcomed into Dumfries House, in East Ayrshire, where they will be entertained in the great steward’s dining room, which will be “lavishly dressed for the most romantic evening of the year,” according to a spokesman for the property."

An advertisement for the Valentine’s Day dinner, which costs £85 per head, says guests will be given a “light-hearted tour (with a hint of romance!) of the house”.
