7 ‘Regardless of how tired I might be, the moment Friday lunchtime arrives I get that contagious pre-weekend excitement.’ It’s Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday!
6 ‘The trickiest part was cooking the rice but even that, once we got a feel for the right stickiness, was easy, while the rolling just required patience.’ Stickiness = trickiness.
5 ‘Keep the layer of rice fairly thin and be generous with the filling. If you don’t have a bamboo rolling mat, just use clingfilm.’ But if Pippa can get away with using clingfilm instead of a bamboo mat, maybe we can too!
