Zara Co-Founder and Richest Woman in Spain Dies: Rosalia Mera, co-founder of popular fashion retailer Zara and Spain's richest woman, died Thursday at age 69. Mera started Inditex -- which owns Zara, Massimo Dutti, and Bershka brands -- with her ex-husband Amancio Ortega. She reportedly suffered a stroke on holiday in Menorca and passed away shortly after.
