Adam Williams is a chartered accountant. He is director of community development at Byoona Amagara, a nonprofit project in Uganda that raises funds through an eco-retreat.  He has recently established Enlighten Africa, which supplies renewable energy products with the aim to improve the lives of the rural poor.
