Volkswagen is ceasing production of the legendary hippie van at the end of the year, but Scott Jennings, whose restaurant owns 16 of them, says the stories of epic parties will never end.
Scott Jennings is the president and founder of Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs, the nation's only counter-culture-themed restaurant franchise. Jennings founded the franchise in 1998 near Arizona State University. With 16 locations in seven states and four in various stages of development, Cheba Hut was named “2013 Top Franchise to Watch” by Franchise Chatter and has been featured in national outlets including Entrepreneur Magazine, TIME Moneyland and CNN.
