Police found three homemade explosives and a gun in the home of a 16-year-old sophomore outside Baltimore. The student told officials he wanted to kill people at his school, the George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology. His plans were uncovered after the boy was interviewed by cops as a suspected in vehicle break ins.
