With all the buzz surrounding the newly released film, Milk, starring Sean Penn and James Franco, I picked up the December/January issue of BlackBook with James on the cover. James allows us to delve deep into his personal life, offering his thoughts on his education, acting, and where he likes to hang out. James and I coincidentally like to hang out at all of the same places: Bungalow 8 and Chanterelle in NY; Madeo’s in LA. Every time I read BlackBook and check out their amazing website, I’m so interested to read what restaurants and bars are opening and where. It always seems to be the first to tell readers what’s next in nightlife, entertainment, fashion, and arts. I also love that I can now see where my friends are going and how they are rating their favorite restaurants with BlackBook’s new application on Facebook.
