I am not much of a cook so I always appreciate a gadget that makes any kitchen task easier. My sister-in-law gave me a product from France called Silpat. It is a reusable non-stick baking mat made of fiberglass and silicone that turns any pan or cookie sheet into an easy clean-up baking wonder. So now, when I forget that batch of cookies in the oven, those little charred mounds just slide right off the pan into the garbage. |
