I'm obsessed by amazing pizza margherita right now —the perfect puffy, lightly charred crust, sprightly tomato sauce, about 2 oz. of fresh mozzarella. I love Keste, Motorino and Co., all in New York City. I know pizza aficionados like to debate which is best, but honestly these guys are all great. My rationale for exploring all: I was told by an author of Eat This, Not That that pizza is practically health food, calorie-wise.
