His dad, Mr. Hewitt, must be very proud of him.

For those of you who like fairy tales, the stories of royalty like this are right up your alley. But for many of us who work for a living, the idea of being GIVEN MILLIONS, privilege, and constant attention ONLY because of the family into which your are born is to vomit. Take away their taxpayer subsidy and they're a reality show that will close faster than Hulk Hogan's. Do you think for one moment that little Harry will be put in harm's way anywhere in the world, let alone Iraq?
I dont give a sh*t about Charles, Philip, Harry, William, or the damn queen. Kick the spoiled rotten family out of Buckingham Palace and make it a rehab for soldiers who've had their limbs blown off. Give their government treasure to the starving.
Let THEM pay for their own boring melodrama.

I'm in this photo. I was there. Yes a fan of royalty - but also a chance to see Govenors Island. My mom was an army brat and used to watch polo back in the 30's and 40's. The announcer yesterday said it was used to train cavalry officers. I would recommend everyone go to Govenors Island to get away from city life for awhile. A free ferry ride and you get to a land of no cars, no buses, no subways and few people - with trees, fresh air and polite, professional Park dept people. This was just one of the many events for the summer

I'll be back.

Harry can't help being to the manor born. In these egalitarian times, it is indeed unfair that an accident of birth gives a few so much while most of us have to work. Yet isn't that life on planet Earth? No one can control the circumstances of their birth; we can hardly criticize Prince Harry for not being born to blue collar parents.
Monarchy is archaic in the extreme and while a minor monarch may live it up while flying under the radar of the public spotlight, Harry lives in the cross hairs of media scrutiny. His life is not his own to do with as he pleases.
