LOL - that's what I was thinking. I canceled my cable months ago. Oh, how I miss it.

We severely cut back on our cable a couple weeks ago when my husband's boss informed him he ran out of money. Yesterday when we got our cable bill we decided it was still too much money and called the cable company to cut back to just basic service. They offered us free HBO for SIX months if when kept our bill where it was.
Everybody is hurting. Call your cable company a couple times and threaten to drop services because you have no money. I imagine a lot of people are cutting back on services and tv providers are losing money. They might be desperate to keep you as a customer.

Seems like a distinction without a difference. As a matter of fact, Savage was reacting to a plant call. Wanda Sykes was attacking an American citizen, for no reason at all.

No reason at all? I think you fail to grasp the big picture. The people of the United States have elected a black man to be president. The first person of color in the history of the United States. There are black people alive today who had met a living relative that was a former slave. Seriously, no reason?! You think, because of all of this, that black people might not get a little protective of this president? Especially from a guy that, to all discerning observers, is a racist? You really can't see this?

Um, Wanda Sykes is a comedian and Michael Savage is (supposedly) a serious commentator. Their comments have to be taken in light of the work they were doing at the time of the comments.
Wanda Sykes' comment was a joke; Michae Savage's comment was a serious suggestion.
That's the difference.

Can we start with his losing 2 jobs for racist statements on TV? Can we use the song of the song "the magic negro" during the campaign?
Can we use anything he has on record? OR do we have to just pretend he had no ill will like good little idiots and allow him to say whatever he wants with ZERO accountability?
And for that matter, I'd like to hear his rationalization for customs finding pills in his luggage on his way to the Mariannas Islands. They turned out to be Viagra from reports I read, and yet, HE's a single man, ISN"T HE? On an island known for child prostitutes. What an honorable man!!!
