Hey, I'm bummed. Where's Tim Lincecum, the Giants' Cy Young Award winning pitcher (busted recently in Washington state)?

Safer than drinking alcohol. I'd rather the youngin's decided to smoke up in the basement and raid the pantry than go off to the woods and drink themselves into comas.

And that's the saddest part: that this is even interesting to so many.
I look forward to the day when smoking marijuana is as newsworthy as drinking a beer.
Stars who drink spritzers!! Daily News tells all!

Yeah, I would have liked to see more athletes on the list.
The stupid thing is the way these people have to make these ridiculously histrionic statements about how they "don't do that anymore" or "exhibited bad judgement." Please! It's pot- big freakin' deal. I am glad more celebs & sports are refusing to apologize. There is nothing to apologize for.

....for blindly believing the smear campaign against cannabis that made it illegal. That last one is my favorite.

Hello, most people on the planet smoke or use weed/pot/
Instead of making it illegal we would be able to buy it & pay a tax on it & so on... Our prisons would start tot empty out & the rest of of would all be better off......

I was going to say something really prophetic here, but I can't remember what I was going to say.

I know right. weed should be legalized any time now. Plus states need the money now more than ever, as a citizen, i know Illinois does, to hell with their so called values lol. but weed just simply has way more pro's than con's.

we all know it won't be legal until there is a test that can prove if you are high at an instant point in time, like a blow test for alcohol. I think when people can get accuratly punished for being high (at work, driving their kids around, etc) we will have it legalized. And when we do, there will be a lot of high, happy, fat americans

Your judgmental name-calling in place of a thoughtful response that reflects a specific knowledge of the subject can also be viewed as immature.

Yes. You ARE immature, as well as uptight, prudish, a busybody, and just plain wrong. Thank you for pointing it out, though.
