An Arizona boy who was accused of killing his father and another man when he was just 8 years old was cleared by a judge Thursday to enroll in school. The boy, now 15, was in third grade when police accused him of shooting the two men as they returned home from work in 2008. He pled guilty to negligent homicide and a plea deal allowed him to be sent to various treatment facilities until the age of 18. Recent evaluations led the judge to determine he could rejoin a public classroom.
