An Iowa school bus driver was arrested Thursday after being caught on video hitting a 15-year-old special needs student who refused to take his seat. Robert Scarbrough had been working for the school less than three months before he was placed on leave and charged with assault causing bodily injury and child endangerment. In the cell phone video, Scarbrough is seen yelling and shoving the student. One boy becomes upset and yells at the driver to stop. Some students left the bus after the incident and reported it to a nearby sheriff’s deputy.
