Cali Students Warned About Foot Fondler

Campus police at Cal State San Marcos warned students Thursday about a 19-year-old man who has made multiple “inappropriate sexual advances” toward females, all focusing on their feet and toes. Emeka Charles Ofoedu is not a student but he has repeatedly tried to “caress, massage, or place (a) victim’s foot or toes in/on his mouth without the victim’s consent,” according to police warnings on Twitter. Ofoedu is in jail after refusing to leave campus, but he reportedly told police he would return once he was let out, so police felt compelled to warn students. He has also been seen at Palomar Community College.
