Canada has about 1,500 doses of an experimental Ebola vaccine and is offering to ship 800 to 1,000 of them to countries in Africa plagued by the lethal virus. The Public Health Agency of Canada says it is in discussions with the international community to create a distribution plan for the drugs. Ten doses have already been sent to Geneva as emergency supply for treating humanitarian workers. The World Health Organization announced Tuesday that it had deemed untested drugs and vaccines ethical for use during this unprecedented outbreak.
