Beware, Michael Dell—Carl Icahn is unhappy. Icahn, who has roughly a 6 percent stake in Dell, and other members of the board have created a special committee to conduct a “go-shop process” for alternatives to the buyout led by Michael Dell and Silver Lake Partners. Icahn, CNBC reported, wants a leveraged recapitalization of the company.
