Bomber Kills 12 in Pakistan
The violence continues in Pakistan: A suicide bomber killed an anti-Taliban village mayor and 11 others in a crowded Peshawar marketplace Sunday. Islamist militants have launched a bevy of attacks in recent weeks as the Pakistan army has moved into South Waziristan, a former refuge on the Afghan border. The army reports that it has killed 478 fighters since its offensive began there.

They have bombers, we have gunmen.
Same crazy/diffrent weapons.
There is a world of difference between a terror bombing that targets civilians and a military that targets and battles the enemy military.
At leas thats what the Geneva Conventions on Warfare say.
Haven't our drones taken out many civilians?
Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of liberty.
This much we pledge-and more.

Yes, the police state of the USA is alive and war supporting apartheid as usual.
You live in a bizarre fantasy world if you think the US is a "police state" and that the US supports apartheid.
There would be a lot more of this, not less, if it weren't for the U.S. presence in Afghanistan and the army offensive in Pakistan. Religious zealots don't just go away. They were bombing in the capital in Pakistan and killing their candidates and officials long before the U.S. buildup. We need to keep a lot of pressure on them. BOKO
Notice folks, this was in Pakistan, not Afghanistan. Pakistan is where the danger is, not Afghanistan. As for Al Qaeda, such of it as exists (I think Bin Laden is dead and has been for a while), it can operate out of any Muslim country it chooses to be in, with or without being noticed.
Thank you.
