Hasan Investigation

Fort Hood Shooter Acted Alone

Investigators from the Fort Hood shootings say that Nidal Malik Hasan acted alone and that no evidence supports the theory that Hasan had outside help or orders about the massacre. Though in late 2008 Hasan did communicate with radical imam Anwar al-Awlaki, an American-born Yemeni who now lives overseas and has ties to terrorist groups, the messages "did not advocate violence or threaten violence." Sources say that the communications were consistent with Hasan's research as an Army psychologist on post-traumatic stress disorder. The FBI has launched an investigation into how it handled, or perhaps mishandled, the information it had on Hasan.

It was clear to me from the evidence on the first day that this is more about PTSD from dealing with trauma patients, workplace bullying, and other bullying. It splinters people's souls.

Hasan acted alone in much the same way that gay bashers, white men who attack minorities, and people who deface synagogues "act alone." No one who acts out hatred based on race, religion or sexual orientation is acting alone.

you forgot the "self defence" argument, which is somehow simmilar! anyway, check this out:

Jews have the right to kill non-Jews in just about any circumstance, Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira, the head of a religious school in the illegal settlement of Yitzhar, near Nablus.

"If we kill a gentile who has sinned or has violated one of the seven commandments... there is nothing wrong with the murder," Shapira wrote, according to Hebrew-language Israeli newspaper Maariv.

Those who assumed the worst about Maj. Hasan should feel ashamed. This troubled man acted alone.
