J-Lo Tape Goes Public on Monday?

CS - Jennifer Lopez

The honeymoon tape that Jennifer Lopez has been fighting to keep private could go public on Monday. Her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, plans to file the tape as evidence in the $10 million legal battle the former couple is waging. If it is accepted as evidence, then the tape will be available on the public record. Noa professes to be confused as to why his ex is fighting so much. "They think I have a sex tape with her and that I'm trying to sell it," he told Radar this week. "My tape is from our honeymoon, the wedding, us hanging out. There's no nudity—maybe one spanking."

Fentro

The media is the classless act in this caper (and most all of 'em). There are so many stories to tell and issues to cover, that instead of helping reduce the idiocy, the media just reinforces it again & again. Let's hope Obama takes a stand on the right side of good, by making some value judgments on the media by reinforcing the right path and inspiring others to do the same.

This incessant public airing of a couple's private post-nuptial video romps has reached crisis proportions in America.

I know I am not alone in the belief that the phenomenon threatens the very fabric of our nation, by attacking our cherished tradition of post-wedding whoop-dee-doo.

When I am elected Senator, my first act in Congress will be to introduce the Defense of Honeymoons Act. This vital piece of legislation will guarantee that no overweening media minority will ever again dare to rise up to undermine our beloved American tradition of post-nuptial coital conjugation that keeps our country free and strong.

With the passage of the Defense of Honeymoons Act, America will once again be accorded the dignity and respect she deserves amongst the family of nations.

Nobody will be laughing at us then!
