Karzai Agrees to Runoff

HP Main - Afghanistan Election
Musadeq Sadeq / AP Photo

Afghan President Hamid Karzai appeared to concede on heavy international pressure on Tuesday by agreeing to a runoff election after an international audit stripped him of a third of his votes and lowered his total to below 50 percent. It may not be possible, however, to hold a new election until the spring—a problem because the Obama administration’s decision on increasing troop levels depends on resolving the election’s outcome. The New York Times notes that some administration officials are pushing Karzai and his main rival, Abdullah Abdullah, to form a coalition government.

Anybody still think we should rush to send more American soldiers into the circus of corruption that the Afghans themselves have created?

Do any of you blogger's realize that your blog's are posted on google if you type in the name Michelle Plantkin. There is a person on this blog who uses this name on their post which makes know sense, but it serves as a code word to be picked up on google.

If you google this name you will see some of the post's that belong on The Daily Beast, and hidden posts too.

I'm sure some on this blog are aware of this because at one time I read a post where someone made a comment that "we are not the only one's reading this, if they only knew"..
