What is the obsession with race on the left? Every single solitary thing that a liberal looks at is viewed through the lens of race. I can think of nothing more racist at the core. Guess what? Race doesn't explain everything. Most of the time it isn't a factor at all.
Liberals who have this view on life really need to check themselves. Help bring about a color blind society - isn't that what your aim is after all? How will we achieve color blindness when everything is something racist when it's not?

I checked out the video, and TDB is right. That was shameful. The rest of the students cheered the guy on has he pounded the crap out other guy. School fights do commonly occur, but not all get caught on camera and most are not as bad as this one was.

Democrats use race as a demagogic bludgeon to viciously attack political opponents without evidence or conscience. It is a disservice to the nation and diminishes the moral opprobrium that should be reserved for real racists.

They never call out their own, whether it is Jessee Jackson (prominent black Democrat and former Dem Presidential candidate) calling NY hymietown? Al Sharpton inciting race riots resulting in deaths of 8 people? Candidate Obama shamelessly using and embarrassing his ailing grandmother as a campaign prop to help justify the unjustifiable racist church to which he belonged for 20 years? Obama refusing to ask for the resignation of his 20-yr racist lunatic pastor. Democratic organizations including the Whitehouse press office overtly threatening Republicans if they dare defy Sonia Sotomayor because their will be racial reprisals electorally? Ted Kennedy and Senate Democrats targeting Miguel Estrada explicitly and in writing because of his race? Robert Byrd, former KKK member who twice used the term "white niggers" on national TV in 2001 when discussing race relations.

One exception was that Obama Dems and media called out the Clintons in South Carolina last year during the primaries for making racially-tinged statements. The difference? It helped advanced the liberal agenda of course.

The news reported, that the bus driver told the white child to sit, and non of the other children wanted him to sit next to them. When he went to sit down the black child started to beat him up., and the rest of the bus cheered. So if thats not discrimination I dont know what is.

Now close your eyes and imagine the story,and it was a black child being beat up!

Keep your eyes closed and imagine it was your child or you!

None of these scenario are good!
As Americans we need to work on this!

Drudge "the sludge" is the Flush Limbaugh of the right-wing Internet. Drudge has been caught in so many lies that if you plucked out one of his hairs for each lie, the sumbitch would be bald as a bowling ball.
The only reason "The Sludge" and Flush exist, along with Fake News, is to feed the feeble-minded the lies they long to hear each day, so they can hate blacks, femi-nazis (women who think for themselves), or anyone who refuses to knuckle under to the corporate criminals they represent - like Big Oil, Big Pharma, Big Insurance, Big Brokerage Firms, Big Banks, etc.
"Fascist's R' Us", would be a good title for the aforementioned morons.

As a white person I'm glad to see the right-wingers are alarmed at any attacks on white people. But what about attacks on black people? Ever hear of Howard Beach in Queens, NY? How about Medgar Evers? How about lynchings?
I'd say attacks on white people and black people are reprehensible and sometimes they are homicidal, but to be outraged by one and not the other is rank, racist hypocrisy.

Yeh yeh, race has nothing to do with it. What I want to know is, who is still paying attn to Drudge? I thought he was a one-hit wonder troll of the 1990's.

If the attackers and people cheering this on were white and the victim were black I imagine the NY Times would be quite interested in this. That would fit their template for a hate crime. This doesn't fit so it doesn't get reported.

This happened not far from me. The local coverage is also saying it was race based, although the school is now trying to spin it as simple "bullying". The town, Belleville, is separated by a highway from East St. Louis. Years ago, Belleville was nearly all white and East St. Louis nearly all black. As blacks have moved into Belleville, there have been numerous accusations of racially motivated incidents. From what I saw on the local news, the black kids told the white kid he couldn't sit on the same seat with them. Local coverage did show a black student stepping in to break up the fight when the white kid "was not defending himself". This was not a fight. it was an attack. The school district canned the bus driver and even suspended students on the bus who were shown to be laughing at the white kid getting pummelled. I think it is unfair to critcize Drudge and others who simply are trying to point out the double standard in a land with a black president. I don't see anyone here blaming the MSM for injecting its agenda into most every story they see fit to report.
