MJ's Family Wants Second Autopsy
Funeral arrangements were being made Saturday for the King of Pop after an initial examination by the coroner’s office failed to determine the cause of death of 50-year-old Jackson. Joseph Jackson, Michael’s father, released a statement saying his son’s death was “one of the darkest moments of our lives.” Rumors are swirling that the family—all gathered at the Jackson family home in Los Angeles—are seeking a second, independent autopsy. Toxicology results are expected to take weeks to be released. “Speculation has centered on Jackson's use of prescription drugs and reports that he was injected with Demerol shortly before he went into cardiac arrest,” reports Reuters.

Michael Jackson died?
I have turned my TV off today, and im seriously thinking of canceling cable....
Its obvious that Anna Nicole Smith, did not help the main stream media learn its lesson.
Reporting on the kids, reporting on the drug use,
reporting on the financial trouble.
MJ's dead..... It's sad.... Thats it...
The point im trying to make is that for the past 60 hrs. of news,
about 80% of that has been the death of Micheal Jackson with news channels (FOX, MSNBC, CNN) reporting on that as if:
1.There was no war in Iraq.
2.There is no war in Afghanistan.
3.There are no roits and civilians being shot in Iran.
4.There are no threats of "nuclear fire" from North Korea.
5.Our economy was fixed last week.
Its really sad that an industry that started out informing the public in an honest way, after a fashion, is now an industry that follows a simple modo, "fear and anger sell almost better than sex."
So I guess I'll end this with a question.
Whats the point of having these 24hr. news stations anymore, whats the purpose?
Is there any way to agree more than 100%? Why does celebrity (in any shape or form) take priority over actual news? The 24 hour news stations are not TMZ and should not strive to be so.
Jackson touched a lot of children.....with his music.
Thank you.
