Obama, Hillary Mix Messages
The Obama team is known for being masters at message control, but the administration saw its first slip-up this week, the Washington Post's Jim Hoagland writes in his Sunday column. The White House's recent announcement that they'll be sending an ambassador back to Syria came as a surprise to many, but perhaps none more than Hillary Clinton's State Department; it was still hoping to win "more movement" from Damascus on Middle East issues, including helping to stop terrorist acts like the bombings that hit northwestern Iraq last week. While "little of substance may have been lost by the poorly timed disclosure," Hoagland writes—Syrian promises on terrorism are "notoriously unreliable"—the rare crossed wires represent a significant event in an administration that prides itself so highly on its rock-solid internal (and external) communications.

Obama has Kneecapped Hillary very well. But this is exactly what anyone who watched Obama in the primaries should expect.
It pains me to see Hillary, so obviously Obama's intellectual better, being sidelined by him.So goes the world.
Oh well... so she missed a memo. She'll catch up.
She's STEAMING... Hope and Change
Its rather humorous watching Obama's neurotic "uneasy-lies-the-head-that-wears-the-crown" act. Obama is convinced there are rivals everywhere from Utah to Foggy Bottom and Alaska. It must be a rather anxious existence checking under the little prince's bed for these pop-up rivals even after having been assured by Axelrod that they have been taken care of. Still the anxiety is misplaced. The Clintons I would imagine are sitting on the sidelines watching it all and taking this blockbuster rise and fall movie in, like the rest of us. Obama's biggest threat is not Hillary but the economy, that's his chief rival. In the meantime, Hillary Clinton's Rose garden strategy of being an envoy-arms length away from Afghanistan and any other trouble spots is just perfect.
It would just kill Hillary if Sarah became the first woman president of the United States..

This Obama-Hillary mix-up isn't the first crossed signals for Obama and a part of his administration as his White House chief of staff recently said that the public option is negotiable regarding the health care proposals and Obama had to make a statement while in Russia that it wasn't the case. Maybe Emanuel was getting out ahead of everybody on a policy decision that Obama didn't want discussed publicly yet? Thinking it had already been agreed upon? It makes one wonder.
Don't forget "jawin joe", VP extraordinaire with his foot in mouth disease.
The media, known for being masters at sucking up to Obama, had their first slip-up this week, when they accidently reported on the missed communications between HRC and BO concerning the reopening of the Embassy in Syria. The Washington Post and all the major media promised to better in the future at burying any hint of discord or problems within the Obama administration.
