Pentagon Unveils Fort Hood Probe
Defense Secretary Robert Gates announced Thursday that former Army Secretary Togo West and former Chief of Naval Operations Vernon Clark will head up the Pentagon's review of the Fort Hood shootings and the factors and conditions that led to 13 deaths. The announcement followed assertions at public Congressional hearings Thursday that the shootings were the work of an extremist who slipped through military and legal cracks. The Pentagon probe will also look into the military's procedures for identifying and responding to possibly dangerous personnel, as well as bases' ability to respond to similar incidents.

No we must make every effort not to offend certain groups, even if that means heavily scrutinizing Grandma as she makes her way through airport security, or detaining parents because their 2 year old child's name matches a name on the do not fly list. But if someone fits the description of a known criminal or just looks suspicious, they should be ignored. Because they'll get offended if you search them, but nobody cares about offending Grandma, or infants. Doing this will surely keep us safe.

I think this review is a great start, but we must make sure it deals in fact not fiction, and to those he seam to dehumanize Arab- American or Muslim American , you need to take a shill and stop foaming at the mouth, i have served my country the US as a Marine and very proud of it and i have other member of our family who also served proudly as a US Armed forces , you need to allow theses highly decorated officers do there job, and I want them to check Hasan supervisor and find out all the detail and who know what and when, and have all the one who seem to speak off the record to go on the record and say the same. and leave the AIPAC agents out of it. we know the story we saw the movie.
Thank you.
