U.S. and Russia: Let's Make a Deal
The U.S. and Russia are set to announce a nuclear arms treaty framework on Monday and President Dmitry Medvedev said he was "moderately optimistic" about the deal's progress. Obama and Prime Minister Vladmir Putin have a strained relationship, and Obama told the Associated Press last week that Putin has "one foot in the old ways of doing business." Nevertheless, arms control will be the main focus of the two-day summit and each side is expected to agree to own a decreased number of nuclear warheads and weapons launchers if the deal goes through.

You are not dealing with sane people here, the fall of the Soviet bloc, left a number of nuclear weapons and high grade plutonium unaccounted for.
The Russian Mafia seems to know what happened and even Putin is scared to take them on.
We can only hope that they don't end up in the terrorist hands.

Even if the impact of being murdered or murdering someone, the two abominable realities that every idiot can understand, tore off the pretentious mask of imperialiism from our collective ignorance of primitive barbarism, and left us in normal pursuit of our aggresively competitive agendas - wherein we remain still stubbornly subordinate to our greedy passions of power and material want, we would still say quite assertivley that we are a Christian or in common acceptance, a believer of humanity. Now how is it one can pervert their divine instinct and throw away their highest conscience by deliberately working with these standards of inevitable evil instead of prescribing to an idea of a life more abundantly saturated in love?
Now, it seems as if our sins have found us out; as if in mediation, our proggressive greed seems to have put us all in jepoardy;hence, in similar accord with what men are at worse capable of doing.
Indeed, the amenity of our behavior is appearing the more extreme; Mankind has assumed obligations, which to ordinary common sense seems incompataible to life.
Even the appearnce of 'talks on just reducing' amply bears the suspicion of this insanity. Its not at all mysterious to this author; everything unnatural to God is also too insane for me.
