Colleen LaRose, aka Jihad Jane, confessed her involvement in a plot to kill a Swedish cartoonist not long after being arrested in October at Philadelphia International Airport, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. She was returning from London, allegedly after meeting coconspirators in Ireland; the FBI wanted to keep her confession quiet until other key arrests were made last week there. LaRose, 46, is to be arraigned Thursday morning and is expected to plead not guilty, which would not preclude a plea agreement down the road. The hearing has been moved to a bigger federal courtroom with more seats to accommodate the huge interest in the case.
