Scott Sisters Freed From Prison

Mississippi has freed the Scott sisters, Jamie and Gladys, from prison after they served 16 years for robbing between $11 and $200 in 1993. Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour pardoned them both, with the odd stipulation that Gladys donate her kidney to Jamie, who has needed dialysis for many years. They’ll head now to Pensacola, Florida, to be with their mother and children.
