The U.S. is moving warships toward Libya as world leaders discuss imposing a no-fly zone over the country. Britain and France have both indicated a willingness to intervene militarily, particularly over concern that Gaddafi could use mustard gas on his own people: The Telegraph says Libya has up to 14 tons of the substance secretly stored in the desert.
