Seven U.S. tourists remain missing after a fishing-boat accident off the coast of Mexico Sunday. A flash storm upended the boat, which carried 27 passengers and 16 crew members. One man’s body has been recovered; rescue workers, meanwhile, said they are extending their search on Monday because they believe people could still be alive in the warm, calm waters.
