    ‘The Iron Lady’ Trailer Released

    How’s her accent? The Guardian got the first look at the trailer for The Iron Lady, the Margaret Thatcher biopic starring Meryl Streep. The film, directed by Phyllida Lloyd, will tell Thatcher’s story through a series of flashbacks. The trailer shows just a single scene of consultants trying to persuade her to make over her image. “I may be persuaded to surrender the hat,” Streep tells them. “The pearls, however, are absolutely nonnegotiable.”
