North and South Korea Discuss Nukes

Nuclear envoys from South and North Korea have agreed to resume six-party talks as soon as possible, a North Korean official told South Korea's news agency. The two envoys met in Bali to discuss nuclear disarmament on the sidelines of the Asian security conference. It's the first high-level meeting since North Korea walked out of the six-way nuclear talks in 2008. Tensions have been high between the two countries since the sinking of a South Korean navy ship last year.
