The HBO documentary on the “West Memphis Three” is about to get a happier ending. The network is re-editing the third film in the series—set to air this January—to include the release of the three men previously convicted of murder. Yesterday, the men were set free after DNA tests failed to link them to the murder of three 8-year-old boy scouts in Memphis in 1993. "To see our work culminate in the righting of this tragic miscarriage of justice is more than a filmmaker could ask for," said director Joe Berlinger.
