A flash flood swept through Pittsburgh Friday afternoon, washing a family's car down the road and into a tree. The mother and two children inside drowned. "The three could not get out of the car before it was submerged," said a city official. "The water had a lot of force behind (it), and all three inside drowned." A fourth person remains unaccounted for after the flood.
