The Roda Stens art exhibition center is seen under the Alvsborgsbron bridge in Gothenburg, Sweden, Sunday morning, Sept. 11, 2011. Four people have been arrested in the city on suspicion of preparing a terror attack, the country's security police said Sunday. Police in Gothenburg said in a statement they had evacuated the arts center overnight Sunday due to a threat deemed to pose "serious danger for life, health or substantial damage of property."

Swedish police have arrested four people on suspicion of preparing a terror attack in the country's second-largest city, Gothenburg. It was not immediately clear whether the arrests were linked to the 10th anniversary of 9/11. Police evacuated an arts center in the city early Sunday. The four were held for "probable cause" of planning an attack, but the country did not raise its terror-threat level.
