After an extended silence, Levi Johnston is back: the father of Sarah Palin’s grandchild has a new book, Deer in the Headlights, coming out Sept. 20, and the Associated Press got its hands on an early copy. In it, Johnston alleges Bristol intentionally became pregnant after learning that her mother was pregnant with Trig. Johnston said Bristol was angry, saying it was she who should be having a child and not her mother. Among the other dirt that Johnston alleges: Sarah Palin insisted on being called “Mommy Sarah” instead of Grandma, and she also suggested that she adopt Levi and Bristol’s child to avoid scandal. Johnston also denies Bristol’s allegation in her own memoir that she lost her virginity to him only after becoming drunk on wine coolers on a camping trip.
