New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie spoke at a National Guard event Sunday, but did not indicate whether he will seek the GOP nomination for president in 2012. Still, he is expected to make his decision soon, as ABC News said Saturday that the decision would come within days. Sources tell Politico that he’s leaning against running, but that at this point it is mainly a family decision between Christie and his wife. If he jumps in, he’ll look for a strong showing in Iowa to set him up for an upset over Mitt Romney in New Hampshire.
