SC Schools on Lockdown After Shootout

Ten schools in Greenville, S.C. have been locked down as police search for a man who fired at an officer earlier this morning. A police officer following a car with a mismatched license plate was led to an apartment complex, where someone started firing at her as she got out of her vehicle. She was forced to fire back in defense and wasn’t injured during the shootout. It’s not clear whether the suspect was hit, but two dozen officers are  conducting a massive search for the shooter.
