The incident allegedly occurred when the man, Ricky Pempengco, accidentally bumped into a drunken stranger in a store; a manhunt is underway to find the killer. Charice—who gained infamy last year for using Botox at age 18—said on Twitter that she once had a “really great relationship” with her father and has canceled a Singapore concert to be with her family.
