Bachmann to Skip Trump Debate

    Donald Trump isn’t quite the kingmaker he hoped to be. On Thursday, Michele Bachmann became the fifth candidate to say she will skip Donald Trump’s Dec. 27 debate. That leaves just Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum as the only candidates who plan to participate. Bachmann’s move comes as a surprise, as she had otherwise been courting Trump’s endorsement, visiting him several times at Trump Tower.
